phl163 Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights Before You Play

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "phl163", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the platform available at phl163.best and all associated sub-domains and mobile-optimised versions.
• "Member", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has registered a phl163 account or who accesses the phl163 platform.
• "Platform" means the phl163 website, mobile browser experience, all games, betting markets, wallet services and support tools offered under the phl163 brand.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the member and held in the phl163 wallet for wagering purposes.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional funds credited by phl163 to the member's account, subject to separate wagering and withdrawal conditions.
• "PHP" means Philippine pesos, the only currency used across all phl163 transactions.
• "GCash" and "Maya" refer to BSFI-registered Philippine digital payment wallets accepted by phl163.
• "Game Rules" means the individual rules applicable to each phl163 game title or betting market as displayed within the game interface.

These Terms and Conditions are written in plain English suitable for Philippine readers. In the event of any ambiguity, the interpretation most protective of the member's legitimate interests will be applied, provided it is consistent with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.

Access to the phl163 platform and the creation of a phl163 account is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of registration. phl163 does not knowingly permit minors to access gaming services and will permanently close any account found to have been opened by a person under 18.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and during play. Access from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by local law is not permitted.

• You are permitted to hold only one (1) phl163 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different details — is a violation of these Terms and Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended and balances forfeited.

• You must not be under any form of self-exclusion, cooling-off or exclusion order from phl163 or any other Philippine licensed gaming operator at the time of registration.

phl163 reserves the right to verify your identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory identity documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phl163 account credentials, including your username and password. In particular:

• Do not share your phl163 login details with any other person, including family members.
• Do not use the same password for your phl163 account that you use for other services, particularly banking and payment wallet applications.
• Always log out of your phl163 account when using a shared or public device.

Any betting activity or transaction that occurs on your account before you notify phl163 of unauthorised access remains your responsibility. phl163 will investigate promptly and take appropriate action where fraud is verified, but cannot guarantee recovery of funds lost prior to notification.

Deposits

All deposits to your phl163 wallet must be made through one of the approved Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, Visa or Mastercard. The minimum single deposit is ₱50. phl163 does not currently accept deposits in any currency other than Philippine pesos (PHP).

Deposits from payment accounts that are not registered in the same name as your phl163 account are not permitted. Third-party deposits will be returned and may trigger a security review of the receiving account.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. Where this is not possible, the withdrawal will be directed to a verified account in the member's registered name.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya from verified accounts are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet are subject to the receiving bank's processing schedules and may take longer outside of banking hours.

phl163 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, over which phl163 has no control.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if it has not recorded any login, deposit, withdrawal or betting activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. phl163 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative maintenance fee of ₱50 to dormant accounts until the balance reaches zero, after which the account may be deactivated. Members will be notified before any dormancy fees are applied and given the opportunity to reactivate their account.

All bets and game plays on phl163 are subject to the specific Game Rules published within each game interface or betting market. These Terms and Conditions govern general conduct; where specific Game Rules differ, the Game Rules for that product take precedence for matters specific to that game.

General betting rules that apply across all phl163 products include:

• A bet or game play is only confirmed once the phl163 system has recorded it and issued a confirmation reference number. Do not assume a bet is placed until confirmation is shown on screen or recorded in your transaction history.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the member after the confirmation reference has been issued, except where phl163 Game Rules specifically provide for a cancellation window.
• phl163 reserves the right to void any bet or game outcome where there is evidence of system error, data feed failure, incorrect odds display or any other technical fault that materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the member's real-money balance.
• Bets placed using exploits, software tools, automated scripts or any other mechanism designed to gain an unfair advantage over the published game rules will be voided, and the responsible account may be suspended.
• For live Sabong events, bets must be placed before the official betting window closes as announced by the licensed arena. phl163 is not responsible for late bets resulting from the member's network connection issues.

phl163 may from time to time offer bonuses, free plays, cashback offers and other promotional incentives to new and existing members. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Each promotion has a stated wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x). This means the bonus amount — and in some cases the combined bonus and deposit amount — must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus balance.
• Bonus funds are held separately from your real-money balance. Your real-money balance is always available for withdrawal subject to verification requirements, regardless of any active bonus.
• Bonus funds have an expiry period stated in each promotion's terms. Unused bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited upon expiry.
• phl163 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time. However, existing active bonuses that have already been credited to a member's account will be honoured under the terms current at the time of crediting.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. Any winnings from such activity will be voided and the accounts involved permanently closed.
• In cases where a bonus has been credited in error, phl163 reserves the right to reclaim the erroneous bonus amount and any winnings derived from it.

phl163 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We believe that gaming should always be entertainment — never a financial strategy, never a coping mechanism, and never conducted at the expense of essential life needs such as food, housing, education or medical care.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all phl163 members at no cost and without requiring any justification:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much PHP you can add to your phl163 wallet. Reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Reminders: Set a time duration after which phl163 will notify you of how long you have been playing.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications showing your net wins and losses during a session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend all gaming and deposit activity on your account for a period of your choosing, from 24 hours to 6 weeks. The cooling-off period cannot be cancelled once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your phl163 account and request that your information be excluded from future marketing. Once self-exclusion is activated, phl163 will make reasonable efforts to prevent the creation of any new account by the same individual.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phl163 platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities where applicable:

• Using or attempting to use any software, automated script, bot, artificial intelligence tool or other mechanism to gain an advantage over other players or the phl163 system.
• Attempting to exploit any game error, technical fault, pricing mistake or system vulnerability for financial gain.
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means, including fraud, theft or money laundering.
• Opening or operating an account on behalf of another person, including accepting payment to place bets on behalf of a self-excluded individual.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in multi-player environments.
• Making chargebacks on verified deposits through your payment provider without first seeking resolution through phl163 support.
• Using offensive, threatening or discriminatory language toward phl163 support staff or other platform members.
• Providing false or misleading identity information during account registration or verification.

The collection, storage and processing of your personal information by phl163 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering a phl163 account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

phl163 will send you transactional communications related to your account — deposit confirmations, withdrawal receipts, responsible gaming alerts and security notifications — regardless of your marketing communication preferences. These are necessary for the safe operation of your account and cannot be opted out of while your account remains active.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phl163's liability to any member in connection with the use of the platform is limited as follows:

• phl163 is not liable for any losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or any technical interruption outside phl163's reasonable control that affects a member's ability to place, confirm or monitor a bet.
• phl163 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive losses, including loss of profits, regardless of whether phl163 was advised of the possibility of such losses.
• phl163's total liability to any individual member for any claim arising from the use of the platform is limited to the total real-money amount deposited by that member in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, excluding any bonus funds.
• Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits phl163's liability for death or personal injury caused by phl163's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

phl163 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights as a member — phl163 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via the registered email address associated with your account and through a prominent notice on the phl163 platform.

For non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, reformatting or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms — phl163 may update the document with immediate effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Continued use of the phl163 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should stop using the platform and may request closure of your account and withdrawal of any remaining balance through our support team.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable provisions of the Civil Code, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act 8792), and relevant Philippine gaming regulations.

In the event of a dispute between a member and phl163:

1. The member should first contact phl163 support at support@phl163.best with a clear description of the dispute, any relevant account references and the outcome being requested.
2. phl163 will acknowledge the dispute within two (2) business days and provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
3. If the dispute cannot be resolved through the support process, either party may refer the matter to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority for independent review.
4. Legal proceedings in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
